Christina Haack has found a renter for her Tennessee farmhouse weeks after re-listing it.
PEOPLE previously reported that the HGTV star's sprawling property — which was at the center of her contentious divorce from ex Josh Hall — was listed for rent at $20,000 per month on Tuesday, June 9, according to property records.
At the time, Haack's realtor, Kelly Dougherty of Onward Real Estate, shared in an Instagram post that the home was also for sale with a $4.5 million price tag. The Franklin, Tenn., property is situated on nearly 24 acres of land and is located in the Leiper's Fork neighborhood.
Dougherty confirmed to PEOPLE that the home was taken off the market because "we accepted a long-term lease."
Haack first listed the home for sale in October 2024. At the time, Dougherty shared an Instagram video showing off the stunning modern farmhouse. Since then, the home has been on and off the market and was most recently taken off the market in February 2025, according to property records.
The 5,000-square-foot abode was famously featured on Haack's Tennessee-based HGTV series, Christina in the Country. During the show, which was a spin-off of her other home renovation series Christina on the Coast, her then-husband Hall made regular appearances and was seen living at the home with her.

After Hall filed for divorce from Haack in July 2024 citing "irreconcilable differences," the exes made a temporary legal agreement that stated he could continue living in her Tennessee home. A source previously told PEOPLE he had been staying there in the aftermath of their split following nearly three years of marriage.
That agreement, filed in September 2024 and reviewed by PEOPLE, stated Hall could use the Tennessee house as long as it was not being rented out.

When Haack first announced that she was listing the property for sale almost two years ago, she took to her Instagram Stories to call out her ex directly in her caption. "I guess 'Leiper's Fork' is gonna have to come off the [Instagram] bio soon," she wrote. "Time to go back to reality."

The HGTV star's divorce from Hall was finalized in August 2025, when a California judge granted the dissolution of their marriage. According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE at the time, Haack was given full ownership of her Newport Beach mansion, which serves as her and her kids' primary residence, as well as her Tennessee farmhouse, which she purchased before marrying Hall.
The home features a number of impressive amenities, including a three-car garage, screened porch, wood-burning fireplace, storm shelter, pool, hot tub, sauna and a barn with fenced areas for animals.
