Matthew Stafford and Josh Allen had a Monday Night Football showdown that absolutely lived up to the hype. And after a 35-point fourth quarter, the two MVPs were in great spirits as the game went into overtime.
They even had to joke with each other ahead of the overtime coin toss.
The Rams were able to force overtime in the final drive of regulation by way of a Kyren Williams one-yard touchdown run. The Bills ended up winning in overtime, but the conversation between the two quarterbacks ahead of the coin toss was fun to hear.

Stafford greeted Allen with a "you son of a gun" just before the handshake.
The postgame greeting was your standard exchange between quarterbacks, but the respect was obvious.
We could see them meet again at SoFi Stadium in February. Who knows?
